The Punjabi Theatre Academy UK (PTA) is based in the heart of Southall London. We aim to expand our arts development programme on a national scale by utilising various traditional and current media.

Our Vision:

  • ur vision is to create innovative outreach educational programs for young members.
  • Developing their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as independent and responsible individuals.
  • Provide opportunity to build their confidence and encourage a friendly atmospherewith in the local society.
  • Provide awareness and tackle social issues based on recent or current trends.

To continue these activities we do need tremendoussupport to raise additional funds to complete our vision and mission. So why not join us in the hope of making a stronger community together with your support. For that reason there are many pathways to join us and produce theatrical productions in the year 2015. Many of our members are disadvantaged, socially isolated or have arrived from war-torn homes and require our academy to continue running the work we do in order to provide them as well as others a sense of solidarity and assimilation in to our society. So with every little in the pot we can continue to provide facilities, experience and networking for the enhancement and advancement of our members as well as our society.

Because there is huge work for us to do we cannot always pay for it ourselves. So we need your support and help to reach out to as many audience as possible to see our creations from South Asia - our history, our heritage, culture and traditional roots through theatre showcases in the multicultural communities based in London and other parts of the UK too.

Whichever you choose, you can be assured that your gift will make a real difference to the artists’ lives as well as our society. We will exhaust every effort to provide better enhancement for the artists so that they can flourish academically and individually.Donation Letter
